Hinds Hospice has partnered with StoryCorps Legacy to record and preserve the stories of people affected by serious illness.

A StoryCorps conversation is a chance to talk with someone about his or her life. For 40 minutes, you can ask questions that really matter:
· What are some lessons you’ve learned in life?
· What are you most proud of?
· How would you like to be remembered?
You may want to talk with a family member or friend, but are afraid you won’t think of the right questions. No worries! StoryCorps has a list of “great questions” to use for conversation starters.
A few weeks after the conversation, you’ll receive a free CD to share with family and friends. It is a gift for this generation and the next. With your permission, a second copy will be archived in the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress.
StoryCorps Legacy is an audio project only. No video will be taken.
